Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity (B2B).

In accordance with the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS § 53 (4)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (e.g., items with specific names or custom designs).

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in the same manner as would be permitted for testing goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for any purpose other than what is necessary to verify their nature, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personally customized products.

Hygiene products (e.g., earrings) if they have been used or worn.

Return Process: To initiate a return, a withdrawal application must be sent to the e-mail address: keidicreations@gmail.com. The product must be returned within 14 days after submitting the application. The shipping costs for returns are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the product is incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned goods, their condition will be inspected. Refunds will be issued to the Buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal application. The Online Store may withhold the refund until the product has been returned or proof of shipment has been provided.
